The Witch is wearing a flowing blue and pale green colored gown which is billowing out in the wind behind her, she is fair of complexion with long black hair also flowing out in the wind as she flies, and she must be very high up in the tall trees as there is a white owl catching the wind below her in the bottom right hand corner of the illustration. The moon illuminates all from behind the trees.
