4b. Bifold Greeting Card: The Agatha Christie Floral Poison Series: “Devil’s Trumpet/Double Black Currant Datura, Full Bloom” 2

$5.00

A 4 inch by 5.5 inch glossy finish greeting card featuring an image of a Double Black Currant Datura flower, with outer petals like cotton pillows, but with edges barbed with spikes, and folded inner petals of bright purple. This flower, also called the Devil’s Trumpet, is deadly and/or hallucinogenic when ingested, and was mentioned as a poison of choice in Agatha Christie Murder Mysteries.

The back features a message about which Agatha Christie mysteries this poison was featured in, as well as a quote from one of those stories, and a quote from Agatha herself!

I grew this flower on my balcony in my “Magic Garden in the Sky” here in Montpelier, VT, which is also where I photographed it, Summer 2022.

Like all my cards, this card comes complete with coordinating white envelope at no extra charge.
